Activities

  • Fine Motor Skills:

A great way to practice fine motor skills is by encouraging your child to help you with making dinner. Easy tasks that they can do are measuring ingredients, stirring the bowl, pinching flour, or rolling dough. These tasks will increase muscle strength and help them gain control.
  • Large Motor Skills:

Summer is approaching, so drag out those slip and slides and turn on the sprinklers. Have your child fill buckets with water to carry across the yard in a race or hang up a white sheet and let them paint outdoors with their hands, arms, and legs!
